Inspection: Please inspect all goods upon pick or reception of the merchandise. Contact a GW Representative if you receive a defective/damaged material.
Return: Return stocking goods must be in original packaging within 30 days from Original Invoice Date. No Receipt No Returns. After 30 days 25% restocking fee will be applied to GW stocking items ONLY. After 90 days there will be no refund, no exchanges, or returns. Those specified on the invoice as "Special Order", "No Warranty" or "Sold As Is" products are non-returnable.
Cancellation: An administrative service fee for 5% of the goods-value will be charged for cancellation of entire or part of an order of stocking products before goods are delivered.
Returned check: $25 processing fee applies for all returned check.
Acceptability (Claim): Natural color, figure, knot, and grain variation are inherent in all-natural products. By buying natural products such as wood flooring, you agree to allow the standard 5% natural/manufacture defectiveness represented by cut-offs.
Limited Residential Warranties: Please consult GW representatives for warranties on the products. Global Wood Inc. is not responsible for any labor or other material costs or damages whatsoever in connection with installation, whether the flooring itself is defective and covered by the product warranty. Nor is GW responsible for any direct or indirect loss related to material defects or installation failures.
Installation: Please follow NWFA’s recommendations on flooring installation, such as acclimation, clean and dry subfloor, etc. Consult your professional installer for more details.
Forum and applicable laws: Any litigation or other legal processing which may arise between any of the parties hereto should be brought in any of the competent courts of the State of California and its laws applied to the adjudicate the disputes. The prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney fees in addition to any other relief to which such party may be entitled.
Warning: Drilling, sawing, sanding, or machining wood products generates wood dust, a substance known to the State of California to cause cancer. Avoid inhaling wood dust or use mask or other safeguards for personal protection.
